“1 - LIGHT” – Meet on average 1x per week in ONE dedicated slot session (receive about 4-5 units of service per month). Most suitable for students who need light assistance in one academic subject. Often taken by university students who value a weekly conversation about a specific subject area (eg math, chemistry, etc.) Please note that A1 is not, in general, sufficient to cover two simultaneous subjects of study.

$615/month (no flex) or from $795/month (with flex)

“2 - STANDARD” – Meet on average 2x per week, in TWO dedicated slot sessions (receive about 8-9 units of service per month). Most suitable for students who need help in two subjects, or focused assistance in an advanced subject (eg AP Calculus), or for students wanting light support in one subject plus SAT/ACT preparation. A2 is the option most frequently chosen for high school students.

$845/month (no flex) or from $1095/month (with flex)

“3 - INTENSIVE” – Meet on average 3x per week, in THREE dedicated slot sessions (receive about 13 units of service per month). Most suitable for students who need help in two subjects, with focused assistance in an advanced subject (eg AP Calculus), or for students wanting full support in one subject plus SAT/ACT preparation. A3 is good for high schoolers seeking intensive subject tuition and/or help with university applications.

PLEASE AGREE

First, please note that our underlying Contract Agreement (made at registration) is unchanged by this level of service change request. However, we ask you to please confirm:

I hereby agree to accept the level of service change in my monthly subscription tutoring service as described by my choices above, provided that TVL is able to make the change.

I understand that the change in level of service may involve changing my slot allocation at TVL's discretion, and I agree to accept whatever slot allocation(s) I am assigned from those I identified as available at registration or in my most recent slot allocation change (whichever is more recent).

I agree to pay the new fees indicated by my choices above of level of service and duration, prorated with effect from the starting date that I selected. I understand that I will continue to be billed for each monthly cycle in advance, and that fees are due on the 15th of the month and are late after the 23rd of the month.

I understand that a change of level of service may be assessed a fee of $150, if today's date is less than 5 months after my date of registration or my last change of level of service, whichever is more recent.

I agree that if TVL is not able to make the change that I have requested, our existing Agreement and current level of service remain in effect. In particular, I agree that the Terms of Notice in the Agreement covering my existing subscription are not affected by the outcome of this change of level of service request.
