First, please note that our underlying Contract Agreement (made at registration) is unchanged by this academic direction change request. However, we ask you please to confirm:

I hereby agree to accept the new academic direction for my GeorgeTutor subscription defined by my choices above.

I give GeorgeTutor full discretion to make all customary pedagogical decisions relating to content, methodology, style, timing and curriculum while delivering professional tuition to my student in the subjects and subject combination I have selected.

I understand that a change of academic direction may be assessed a fee of $150, if today's date is less than 4 months after my date of registration or my last academic direction change, whichever is more recent.

I agree that if TVL is not able to make the change that I have requested, our existing Agreement and current academic direction remain in effect. In particular, I agree that the Terms of Notice in the Agreement covering my existing subscription are not affected by the outcome of this academic direction change request.
