This is the way to reach GeorgeTutor for anything that is not a simple book or cancel. New enquiries, consultations, service level changes, voucher questions, and feedback all come through here.

Arrange a consultation

A consultation is a short conversation (parameter: 20 minutes, to be confirmed) used to agree what tutoring is needed, what service level is appropriate, and any practical arrangements. Consultations are free of charge and held over Zoom.

Change service level or regular slot

To change frequency of sessions, day or time of the regular slot, or subject focus, use this form (or email) and GeorgeTutor will confirm the change. Changes generally take effect from the start of the next billing period — see Policies.

Voucher and balance questions

For anything to do with Flex tokens or vouchers that is not answered on Flexible Scheduling or Policies, contact GeorgeTutor directly.

General contact

The fastest channel is email from the address on the household’s account; replies come from the GeorgeTutor account. For urgent same-day issues (for example, a session that is about to start), email is still the preferred channel so there is a written record.
