The Agreement

The terms under which we work together.

I agree to purchase a GeorgeTutor monthly subscription tutoring service as described by my choices above.
I agree to accept whichever slot allocation(s) I am assigned from those I identified as available.
I agree to pay the fees indicated by my choices. I will be billed in advance in monthly cycles for a subscription. Fees are due on the 15th of each month and are late after the 23rd.
I agree that additional fees may be assessed for late payments, for changes of plan or package, for cancellation once I have signed this form, and for sessions delivered other than the "slot sessions" in the plan I am purchasing.
I agree that slot sessions are "use-or-lose" — if my student or I cancel or miss a session, GeorgeTutor is not obligated to replace it.
I agree that slot sessions falling on a published Federal Holiday may not be delivered and will not be replaced.
I agree GeorgeTutor may elect up to 14 days of vacation per year and that any regular session that falls on one of those days may be canceled without replacement.
I agree to terminate a 5+ month subscription by giving notice either in writing or via the GeorgeTutor service portal at least one month in advance, together with payment in full for the billing period following the billing period in which I give notice.
I agree that if I terminate a short-term (1–4 month) subscription early, I must pay the remaining subscription fees fully to term.
I agree that GeorgeTutor delivery may take various forms beyond slot sessions — preparation, grading, written feedback, calls, messaging, site visits, etc.
I give my student permission to discuss and make minor scheduling changes, with GeorgeTutor's agreement. My student is NOT authorized to discuss or change financial arrangements or level of service.
I agree my student and I will support GeorgeTutor's preferred technologies and methods for booking, managing, and delivering the services I am purchasing.

I agree to purchase a GeorgeTutor session package as described by my choices above.
I agree to receive the session package in the form of redeemable units (vouchers) in an instance of the GeorgeTutor portal and to use those units to book sessions at times shown in the portal as “Available”.
I agree that my session package will expire 70 days after the date of first booking, and that unused units (vouchers) will not be redeemed when my package expires.
I understand that I can request an extension to my package expiry date of not more than 5 days, and that such extension is made at the sole discretion of GeorgeTutor.
I agree to pay the fees indicated by my choice of session package. I may choose to be billed up front or in advance in equal monthly instalments for a session package. Instalments are due on the 15th of each month and are late after the 23rd.
I agree that additional fees may be assessed for late payments, for changes of plan or package, for cancellation once I have signed this form, and for sessions delivered other than those represented in the package I am purchasing.
I agree that package sessions are "use-or-lose" — if my student or I cancel or miss a session once it has been booked, GeorgeTutor is not obligated to replace it.
I agree that GeorgeTutor’s availability may change at short notice on a published Federal Holiday or when GeorgeTutor elects to take a vacation day (limit of 14 per year). Sessions I have booked on such days may be canceled but will be replaced.
I agree that no notice is required to terminate my session package but that unused units (vouchers) will not be refunded upon early termination.
I agree that GeorgeTutor delivery may take various forms beyond slot sessions — preparation, grading, written feedback, calls, messaging, site visits, etc.
I give my student permission to discuss and make minor scheduling changes, with GeorgeTutor's agreement. My student is NOT authorized to discuss or change financial arrangements or level of service.
I agree my student and I will support GeorgeTutor's preferred technologies and methods for booking, managing, and delivering the services I am purchasing.

I agree to purchase the temporary use of a GeorgeTutor Lite portal.
I agree to use the portal to purchase and book one or more individual appointments at a time or times shown in the portal as “Available”.
I agree that my portal will close 100 days after the date of purchase and that any units (vouchers) or other tokens represented in the portal will then be valueless.
I understand that I can request an extension to my portal closure date of not more than 5 days, and that such extension is made at the sole discretion of GeorgeTutor.
I agree that a session, once booked, may be postponed and rebooked only once. If my student or I cancel or miss a rebooked session, GeorgeTutor will not replace it.
I agree that GeorgeTutor’s availability may change at short notice on a published Federal Holiday or when GeorgeTutor elects to take a vacation day (limit of 14 per year). Sessions I have booked on such days may be canceled but will be replaced.
I agree that GeorgeTutor delivery may take various forms beyond slot sessions — preparation, grading, written feedback, calls, messaging, site visits, etc.
I agree that a Premium session may involve GeorgeTutor and/or myself in work both before and after the booked meeting, but that the work involving GeorgeTutor should be limited to a maximum of one hour of preparation or follow-up time.
I agree to support GeorgeTutor's preferred technologies and methods for booking, managing, and delivering the services I am purchasing.
